The pool, the spa area were great especially having both steam room and sauna. The con is both not hot enough. When steam comes out is great but most of the time there is no steam.

Impeccable Japanese style service

The Nikko Hotel Kaoshiung was wonderful. The pool was clean and well designed, semi airy yet tall ceilings cover it from rain. The sauna, hot bath and relaxation room were well appointed. The one thing that would have been nice was if there was a yoga class to take or a fitness training session available. Otherwise, service was excellent. When house keeping came in to set up a rollaway bed, they both removed their shoes to enter our room to keep it clean. The attendant would bow while our elevator door closed. It’s superb Japanese style service. Breakfast was a great selection. We would love to return.

Fantastic hospitality, new property with zen look and feel throughout, plus the rooms are wonderful and well thought out. 7-11 and Family Mart are just across the street and the mall isn't far for more food options. Not near the train station could be only con. It's a walkable, but a chore with luggage.

The front desk was very friendly and door men was nice helping us with luggage. The first check in room AC was not very strong so we requested to change the room with no problem and very fast. I love the swimming pool and Japanese hot springs hot tub. We will come back again and recommend my friend to stay here. Everything so clean and comfortable. Love it so much ! I enjoy my stay
