The photos of the common area are very flattering to the space and were pretty accurate with the exception of the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, especially in the coffee area. The coffee table was sticky and the carpet/rug in the bedroom/closet was really dirty and worn. The bathroom sink, toilet and tub were clean and in working order. The bed was pretty comfortable, however the sheets, especially the "fitted" sheet were too big for the bed so sleeping was on a lot of wrinkled fabric. As noted in other reviews the property is at a busy intersection with lots of noisy traffic and many emergency sirens. We were there during the week. The best thing about the property is its proximity to the plaza for fun dining and the complimentary streetcar to get to most of the biggest KC attractions. The host was good with communications.
