Place was dirty, lose legs on chairs, wobbly main bath toilet, dirty and malfunctioning stove, dishwasher deemed unsafe as it pulled out from wall. We had to clean all areas of property. Tried to make it work but moved out after 3 nights of 12 night booking. Tried to resolve with owner by asking for refund for 9 nights not used but has not responded after countless discussions. All we received was excuses. We have videos of wobbly chairs in dining room we had tighten plus a video of wobbly railing leading upstairs.

House was clean. The yard could have been groomed. I like that it is pet friendly. I didn’t like not being able to adjust the thermostat that was set to 75 during the day and 78 through the night.It was hot in the house even with the fans provided. I am coming back to the KC area at the end of October and will consider staying here again. It will be cooler outside. Overall a great property

Absolutely loved our stay at Lemontree! We came here to relax and hit the amusement parks, it was the perfect home base! The house was cozy, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was amazing, so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home. Whether you're here to unwind or chase thrills at the parks, Lemontree has you covered. Would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a fun and easy getaway!

In my experience make sure to reach out a couple days early for the code to ensure you get it, we did! We had a weird incident with people coming up and knocking on the door claiming to have booked the same place, I’m not sure if it was somehow double booked or what but the host was not answering as this happened. After this incident the rest of our stay was good, plenty of beds which was super nice I had a group of people and hardly anyone had to share and two bathrooms!

The boat and water pic are very deceiving… no boat or body of water anywhere near the place. Check in time was 3:00 pm. We arrived about 3:15. The person there said their mom had time mixed up as she was in china. I felt like we walked in on a family living there The toilet leaks. The tv in the living room is the only one we could get to work. I called and texted, got a response 3 hours later which was no help. The dishwasher wreaked of musty water. The outdoor patio and yard was very unkept. After booking the property, I went weeks after messaging host with no response. There was hanging dust on door frame and lights in the kitchen. Walls were really scuffed up.

Do NOT use this host!!!

The host NEVER provided door code and did not answer any calls or messages. We were stranded with no where to stay. VRBO was helpful and refunded our money. Hopefully they kick this host off VRBO so they can’t do this to anyone else.
