Arrived at property and it was a mess. Had not been cleaned. Contacted host they said cleaning crew was unavailable.hot tub was dirty, garbage in rooms, there was no grill. Fire alarms were chirping . Then host asked me to replace batteries. Drove to the store three seperate times to buy toilet paper,paper towels laundry detergent dish soap. Asked me to take photos for them apparently they don’t have local cleaning crew property manager to deal with the property. Spent hours texting sending photos going to the store going back to the store and woken up by chirping, fire alarms, very dissatisfied with this management team. They kept on apologizing apologizing, doesn’t cut it action is what makes it right so our stay at this home was very dissatisfying to say the least.missing knobs on ovenWe washed all of the linens and towels befor we left took out the last people’s garbage.? Awful experience
