STONE'S THROW BEACH STUDIO - DUERME HASTA 4

¡Este es tu alojamiento perfecto en la playa! A solo unos metros del mar y de la gloriosa playa de arena conocida como Zaga.
Una propiedad tradicional, sin lujos, pero que se adapta perfectamente a la ubicación y el clima.
La propiedad está separada y está separada por un jardín de Stone's Throw Cottage, una propiedad más grande. Estas propiedades se pueden alquilar por separado o juntas para fiestas más grandes.
Dentro del estudio hay una habitación que comprende una plataforma elevada con colchón para dormir (estilo griego), hay muchos armarios y espacio para colgar la ropa en esta habitación, también una cama doble / sofá para una pareja con niños.
La siguiente habitación tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con cocina de tamaño completo, nevera / congelador y fregadero con escurridor. Hay todos los utensilios, ollas y sartenes, etc. un hervidor de agua, tostadora, exprimidor y menaje para preparar té y café.
No hay ducha interior, pero una hermosa ducha al aire libre, rodeada por una pared para privacidad, el agua caliente es proporcionada por un panel solar y el inodoro y el lavabo se accede a través del espacio de ducha al aire libre. ¡Es realmente peculiar y divertido!
Hay una terraza en la parte delantera de la propiedad, frente al mar, tiene una cama de cemento construida con colchón y cojines para la siesta de la tarde o para dormir afuera en el verano. También hay una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre.
Imagínese durmiendo en una hamaca, colgado entre los árboles de Tamarisco en un caluroso día de verano, escuchando el sonido de las olas y sumergiéndose en el mar azul y transparente para refrescarse cada vez que lo desee .....
Esta propiedad es un sueño romántico, peculiar, cómodo y la mejor ubicación.
El wifi es irregular en esta área, por lo que no hay garantía de que lo retomarán, aunque se están haciendo esfuerzos para mejorar la situación. Muy fácil acceso desde los bares y cafés de la playa.

Einfach, aber idyllisch

Einfache, aber stilvolle und praktische Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Schlafzimmer für 2-3 Personen mit ausreichend Platz für Klamotten, Kleinkram usw. Gut ausgestattete traditionelle Küche (keine Mikrowelle), Freiluftdusche u. Toilette mit Waschbecken (guter Sichtschutz). 50 m bis zum Sandstrand. Immer rauscht das Meer. Man lebt im Wesentlichen draußen auf der überdachten Veranda. Einkaufen in Koroni (10 min mit Auto, Zufahrt sehr eng, nicht für Caravan geeignet). Freundliche Betreuung durch Nachbarin. Wir waren 3 Wochen hier (Vorsaison). Wunderbar!Kühlschrank und GefrierfachKühlschr

Stones throw Studio

we have stayed here several times in the past, on occasion twice in one year we love it so much, but the difference in the standard this year was vast. The property and grounds look generally unkempt with broken tree branches, washing line and waist high weeds by the shower and toilet. The shower area is quite mouldy and the toilet seat was very loose and wobbly. One sunbed was broken and the other ripped and on the verge of giving in. The matrass for the day bed is now missing. Jina Moeser informed me she was no longer the host and it shows.We had no communication from whoever is now responsible and no contact number either. This didn't matter as we know the property so well . I noticed there was no matrass protector on the bed but found it in the back of the wardrobe several days later. We used it , but it could really do with replacing as it shows considerable signs of wear. For the first time there was no welcome gift of local olive oil/wine. A small gesture but missed. Would we stay again? Absolutely ! The location has to be seen to be believed and nothing can ever detract from that but overall the place seems uncared for now. Jina and Nick were wonderful hosts and they are sorely missed.

Paradise on the beach

We had such a lovely stay at Stone's throw studio, the location is beautiful right at the beach, the studio is complete with everything you need. The outdoor shower is unique, a view over the sea while showering. Perfect hideaway when you are looking for a quiet magical place to rest and enjoy the beauty of nature. Small wonderful house

The location and the house are very nice. Everything is very simply furnished, but in good condition. The outdoor toilet was unusual, but is not visible from the outside, so something different and very good. The location is of course a dream. Directly on the sea. On the whole, the object is worth a visit. We liked it very much.

This place has to be experienced to be believed. I could literally stay here forever. The sunbeds & beach chairs are a much appreciated added bonus. The almost deserted 2km long beach is pristine apart from the odd bamboo cane. The sea is crystal clear & clean. The studio has everything needed for a wonderfully secluded relaxing stay amongst the flora & faunaof the area .

One of our best holidays ever

What an amazing holiday and mostly down to our wonderful accomodation. Right on the beach. A morning in swim in clear , glassy sea is the best. The support from the Nick and Gina was amazing. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Loved showering and watching the sea in the outdoor shower. Thank you for everything and we are planning to return next year.

A perfect hideaway

I booked Stone's Throw specifically because I wanted somewhere quiet and hidden so that I could really get away from people. I wasn't disappointed either. The studio is well equipped and comfortable and really is a stone's throw from the beach. I would definitely recommend and fully intend to return again.

Einfaches Strandhäuschen mit griechischem Flair

Entgegen der Ankündigung bei der Reservierung war das Studio nur teilweise renoviert. So verlor die defekte Glasscheibe in der Küchentür jedesmal kleine Scherben, wenn sie zufiel. Es gab eine Reihe anderer Mängel, die vor allem den hohen Mietpreis im Vergleich zu deutlich gepflegteren Nachbar-Strandhäusern nicht rechtfertigten.

A simple beach house next to the sea

This is a small property the best feature being the location and outdoor space. It is literally on the beach. There is a garden about 10m long and then the beach begins. It is a lovely beach, my only negative comment is that different people have erected semi-permanent tarps along the beach as if they own it but the beach is big enough to accommodate this. The property is 20 minutes walk, along the beach, from a taverna. In the other direction 20 minutes walk takes you to the end of the beach and then a short but steep walk up and over Koroni and down into the town on the other side, another 10 minutes walk depending on your fitness. The house is basic but well equipped. The outdoor shower is excellent. Whilst there are properties either side, it is a very relaxing place to stay. Jina and Nick were very helpful and welcoming and available to provide assistance (even though none was required).

Perfekt...

...anders kann man unseren Urlaub im Juli 2018 in Stone´s Throw Beach Studio nicht beschreiben. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und das Haus mit unseren drei Kindern bewohnt -was platzmäßig für uns kein Problem war. Die Nähe zum Strand ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern einfach nur ideal, da man sich das Strandsachen packen und schleppen sparen kann und immer mal wieder Auszeiten vom Strand nehmen kann. 50 Schritte und man ist vom Meer in der Küche, oder in der Außendusche! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Jina & Nick waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren. Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!!! Anna & Ben

Entspanntes Cottage in direkter Strandlage

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeber Jean und Nic erfolgt eine kurze und umfassende Einführung. Auch der Kontakt vor, während und nach der Reise war sehr nett. Das Cottage liegt in direkter Strandlage am schönen, natürlichen Zaga-Beach. Anreise zum Cottage ist auf den letzten Metern recht abenteuerlich. Einrichtung des Cottage ist schön und wohnlich. In der Küche gibt es alles was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Dies ist kein Luxusanwesen - das sollte jedem klar sein. Alles praktisch und Außendusche/Außentoilette/Außendusche sind skuril aber angemessen. Leider sind Wohnraum und Küche nicht miteinander verbunden; man muss also immet zwei Außentüren verwenden - aber das ist auch kein wirkliches Problem. Die Außentüren sind leider in die Jahre gekommen und sollten dringend ersetzt werden. Außenbereich und Terrasse sind schön angelegt. Fazit: perfekt gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus für Urlauber ohne große Ansprüche - ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
