We invite you and your guests to come out and relax in-style in this Joshua Tree home tucked into its own untouched Mojave Desert wilderness. High View Haven is a bright and cheery house with a detached private casita. The home was lovingly designed by the owners who have been home sharing this property with guests from all over the world. We hope you and your friends/family will enjoy this space as much as those that traveled before you!

THE SPACE
- The High View Haven has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8 people
- 5 minute drive to the National Park Entrance
- Hiking trails available to walk to from property
- Family friendly park down the street and within walking distance

THE MAIN HOUSE
- The the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Primary bedroom - King bed with en suite
- Second bedroom - Queen bed
- Third bedroom - Queen bed

THE CASITA
- This space is detached and sits below the main house with an entrance off the back deck
- Private kitchenette
- Queen bed and en suite
- The sleeping arrangements are comfortable, private and relaxing.

THE OUTDOORS
The property has a wonderful back patio with

- Propane Fire Pit
- Lounge space for beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee and relaxing under the stars
- 7 person hot tub
- Private stone path past the fence that leads to a bench for private stargazing and animal watching

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• 4TH BEDROOM/ CASITA
The 4th bedroom is located off the deck (detached from the main house) and has its own bathroom, and small kitchenette. You can access the bedroom from the slider door off the deck or through the garage. It heats by the electric fire place and cools by evaportive cooler.

• A/C & HEATER
High View Haven main house is cooled and heated by central AC and Heat to keep you comfortable all year long.

• NEIGHBORHOOD
For families traveling with kids, there is a community park within walking distance of the property.
High View Haven does have a direct neighbor to the south. Please be aware they have an RV visible that you can see when entering the front door. They are super friendly, if you see them out and about their home but they keep to themselves.

• CAR LIMIT
Please note that only 4 cars are permitted at the property. If the county gets a complaint that here are more then four cars and the county is going to start issuing $1000+ fines to the guests if more then four cars are seen at the property.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above, including the guest policy.
