Pelo preço, o custo benefício é bom. O quarto é novo, organizado e bonito, mas não há tanto conforto na cama, travesseiros, roupa de cama etc. Atenção para o estacionamento, que é rotativo e não tem vaga suficiente nem para a metade dos apartamentos, o que não tinha ficado claro pra mim.
