So my room is on 6th floor Bfast is on 11th floor Lobby is on 12 floor Entrance is on 1st floor 2 elevators for 6plus floors Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom bit cramped. Tv has no western channels. Internet was acceptable. No vpn. Front desk Service was bit speradic and not that friendly . Bit out of the way if ur here to the market but walking distance. Lobby guy can get u a cab . Very busy during canton fair time. This was my last best option since all hotels i normally stay at were full of very expensive. Would i stay here again? Probably not unless im desperate. Oh bed was rock hard. Bedding was ok. 6 out of 10 over all for me. Yiwu is big on foreigner business people, at least train some staff in all depts to speak proper English.

clean, nice, river view was good only complain not the hotel the cars honking horms , buffet was ok , so far so hood, worth the money

Pretty good!

Really good view, comfortable bed, great wifi, good AC control. Only thing I'd say is, they could use colder refrigerators. Even at max, they weren't getting cold enough.

Staff in the check in counter were extremely rude when checking in. Had to go to check in counter again on another day and they were still not friendly and not helpful. On the contrary the staff in the dining area was friendly. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.

For the price, the hotel itself is okay. Rooms are comfortable and the laundry facility is convenient. The breakfast is really good. They should not advertise non- smoking rooms if they do not have it as the rooms can be very unpleasant for a non smoker.

The place is relatively close to Futian market, beautiful river view, the only problem is people smoke on the hallways and that was irritating to us. Other than that service was excellent!!! The staff went above and beyond! Mark was excellent and the other staff were great!!
