Terrible experience. They do not update hotel availability, or over sell rooms. On arrival they sent their apologies that hotel is overbooked and instead of room for 53$, they give and awful cheap alternative where i will never sleep of 15$. No refund or compensations was provided. Worst experience ever with Expedia.

Awesome place. Awesome staff. Cheap price.

The staff were great. Cheap and clean rooms. Food was great for the morning. Danny and the other staff could not help you enough. If I ever needed help in any way from transport to getting my clothes washed they just made it happen. The place is really quite so if your looking for chill time this place is the best for that. Get transport as in car the staff know a local young guy who knows all the best routes to take and gets there quick at a great price. If your coming direct from the airport send them an email first and they will get someone to pick you up. Taxis from the airport can be pricey.

Wonderful hotel!

The hotel have everything you need. The location in balangan is perfect! Its near some restaurants and the beach is wonderfull. The staff help us to rent a motorbike and with it you can move perfect to other places in south bali.

It was an incredible experience. We loved our stay in Hill Dance Bali American Hotel. It's touch of a hidden paradise and the both friendly housekeepers make this place the unique way it is. Made(name of one of the housekeepers) is very kind and was always open for a little chat or some hints for some special trips around jimbaran or further. The rooms were looking friendly and clean. I highly recommend a stay here. You definitely don't wanna miss out this little part of paradise fallen to earth!!!!

Perdieron nuestra reserva y nos dejaron en la call

Llegamos desde España a las 0045 de Bali y nos encontramos sin reserva y sin ningún encargado que pudiera resolver nuestro problema. Solo un chico que estaba con su novia "cuidando" las instalaciones. Al final expedia tuvo que reubicarnos en un hotel que estaba a una hora en coche , con los gastos que ello implica... En fin, un desastre de gente...

Beautiful hotel, very nice and welcoming staff!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel two weeks ago for our first time in Bali! The hotel was beautiful and cozy and the rooms were nice! The staff, especially Danni was so helpful with everything. The breakfast is also really good, we had a great stay!

We had booked a room through hotels.com but when we arrived they said they had no rooms available for some reason, so they transferred us to a hotel nearby. Unfortunate but they at least drove us to the new hotel

Unser Zimmer war nicht mehr frei!

Wir hatten die Unterkunft am Tag zuvor über Expedia gebucht und auch schon bezahlt. Als wir dann an der Unterkunft ankamen, war aber leider kein Zimmer mehr frei. Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir dann ein Zimmer in einer anderen Unterkunft bekommen - dieses war jedoch wesentlich schlechter und dreckig. Das Personal war zwar freundlich und hat sich entschuldigt, war aber total unorganisiert. Für uns, definitiv nicht wieder!
