This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. Cash is not accepted. This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival. This property uses solar energy. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in each accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up; guests must have received their complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 1 days prior to check-in.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.

• Reservations are needed for massage services. For reservations, contact the pousada before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
