Not What We Expected

We arrived Wednesday evening- no one was at the front desk when we arrived. The whole second floor smelled like weed and alcohol. Once we got to our room, we noticed we had no towels anywhere in our room. Plus the toilet in our room did NOT work. We went to the front desk complained about that about an hour after we got there. Complained about it Thursday morning before we left for the day and once again when we went upstairs and noticed it still wasn’t working. They kept telling us to use the bathroom in the lobby. We complained again Friday mid-morning. At this point, they told us we had to stay in the room while they fixed it (which wasted most of our plans for Friday). Also, Friday our keys wouldn’t work, we got new keys and then it happened x2 AGAIN on Saturday. Overall, unpleasant and not relaxing.

The beds were terrible. Absolutely no support. The hotel is super close to NY which was nice but the beds made sleeping extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel was by far not the worst place we’ve stayed. The room had a few upgrades (electric fireplace and beautiful tiling in the bathroom) but was overall lackluster. The beds and pillows were horrible. The smell of the lobby and hallways was atrocious. Housekeeping also entered our room without even knocking.

Run down slum. If you’re looking for a nice place to take a lady of the night this is it. Everything advertised on Expedia ad for this place was either out of order or simply not there very disappointing for the price of this place per night

Days in and out of wyndham

The room we stayed in had a wonky door that looked broken into at one point or another. Inside the room we had lumpy hard matresses, horrible soaps and prisonesque decore. Ceilings were cinderblock looking with paint and popcorn affect peeling off. No carpets so thats cool. A/c barely cooled the room and the shower temp was limited so i hope you dont like the showers too hot. Gentleman who was working my second night stay
