I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay. The hotel's design is charming, and I especially appreciated the "go green" concept in the room—it’s a wonderful initiative. while I fully support the environmental focus, it would be much more convenient to have proper reusable spoons and mugs/cups. No spoon at all! 🙏🙏

Great views and are close to airport. The hotel are new hence very clean. There are lots of choice for breakfast and the highest floor restaurant serving breakfast was awesome ! Alot of parking space so you won't need to worry about parking space. The room per night was expensive, soemhow, you are paying for all the above. Yet, swimming pool is chargable (separately from your hotel room😑)

Great that it was centrally located and made for the nice base to get around Jeju and rather convenient but the rooms were a little dated and the shower facilities could be better. But appreciated the quiet rooms and airport shuttle!

The location is good The suite room is big and comfortable. The pool is small and you need to pay to enter the pool. The pool cafeteria includes only drinks and cookies. There is coin laundry in the hotel. It’s more expensive compared to the other hotels we have visited in Korea. We bought breakfast in the hotel. It was good - a lot of delicious and various food.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Clean rooms with clean water and ice dispensers on each floor. They charge extra for pool use, which my husband and I did not opt for. However, they do offer an amazing view in their breakfast/ dinner restaurant! Location was good considering they had local restaurants, CUs, cafes walking distance.

My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Convenient choice for a first trip to Jeju Island

This was my first stay at a Lotte brand hotel, and I selected it mainly due to the location; great for tour coach pick-up, local transport, getting a lay-of-the-land on a first visit to Jeju Island, and city shopping and entertainment. The hotel staff and location are the best points to this hotel, and as a solo traveller, the price for Jeju Island was great. However, the hotel itself feels rowdy when you turn up as it’s joined to a Duty Free Mall, and the rooms feel tired and dated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and if I one day decide to return to Jeju, I’ll pick a beach-side or smaller town hotel.
