시설은 새것이 아니지만 깨끗하고 사장님이 좋았어요. 침대 메트리스가 좀 꺼졌어요. ㅎ

한파라 난방이 안된다니 ㅠㅜ

제주 최강한파로 난방이 안된다고 다른 곳으로 소개해 주셨는데 그곳은 바닥은 전기로 데우는 식이라 찜질방 같은데 윗풍이...방은 그냥 창문이 두개나 있어서 도저히 잘 수가 없어서 거실에서 잤는데 거기도 복도문 덜렁거리고 추워서 패딩으로 얼굴까지 덮고 불편해서 못 잤어요. 일부러 다른 숙소까지 알려주셨지만 다른 일행에게 어찌나 미안한지...미리 난방도 해보시고 그랬으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

시설 개선이 필요함.

조용한 곳이긴하지만 객실용품(침대,화장실,주방용품 등)이 너무 낡았습니다. 제바의경우연 방충망이 찟겨져 있었고 tv도 리모컨이 잘 안되고 화면이 자꾸 끊겼네요. 일단 필수용품들은 사장님이 신경좀써서 새롭게 개비를 했으면 합니다. 1층 순두부집이 같이 운영되며 아침 8시 30분정도에 열더군요. 드실분은 사드시면됩니다. 가격이 저렴하고 조용한것은 맘에 듭니다만 제 취향은 아니네요.

해변과도 가깝고 다른 관광지를 들렸다가 오기에 너무 멀지 않은 거리에 있어서 좋았습니다.

가격대비 이용하기에는 좋은것 같습니다. 제주도에서 유명한 우도,성산일출봉,비자림 등 을 다녀오기에도 거리가 가까워서 좋았고 주변에 해변가도 가까워서 저녁에도 다녀올 수 있어서 편했습니다. 함덕서우봉해변,김녕해수욕장등 위치도 숙소와 멀지 않습니다.

제주필하우스

숙박은 편했음. 다만 화장실 및 부엌 청소가 미흡. 바닥청소도 조금 미흡. 서랍은 더러웠음. 침대 및 이불은 깔끔. 침대상태는 중하. 가격대비 만족. 외딴집이라 주위에 다른 시설이 없음. 다만 함덕 해수욕장이 가까우나 걸을 수 있는 거리는 절대 아님. 반드시 차량 이동해야 하는 곳. 식사는 숙박시설 1층이 순두부 집이라 9시 이후에 아침을 사 먹을 수 있음. 방충망이 뚫어져 있어 밤에 모기가 무서워 창문을 열수가 없었음.
