    I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel the staff makes a huge different. Very friendly and always there to help. The other thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Al salam Mall and the Andelus mall. Train station al sulaimanya is 10 minutes of walk. Tim horten, McDonald's, 1/2 Million, bakery, convenience store, gas station, many other cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A very larg supermarket is 5 minuts of walk. The roomshave all the options of laundry, ironing board, safe and all other stuff. Spa available on the 2nd floor. Thank you team Jeddah radisson

    The front desk staff acted like my wife did not exist. They never replaced enough tolietries in the room. The room was a suite, but couch, chair and ammenities were old and not looked after. I was upset that a four star hotel felt like a Canadian Motel that would be a 1-2 star.

    We had some issues with reservation which took sometime before the lady in reception upgrades up to a suite which was huge and had lots of space but very poor lighting, loud AC sound and old bathroom that need new lights and a good upgrade. People were friendly as usual, location is close to Al Balad but long trip to North of Jeddah, however there's good services around the hotel. Overall stay was okay for the price. I'd go again if I'm not going to the North of Jeddah...
