Staffs,, customer services are good, nice friendly Cleaner need to clean properly. They only changed towels, sheets, never clean, bathroom Bathroom condition was filty!! Need deep clean!

Really nice budget hotel in the centre of Jakarta. As with most hotels in Indonesia the staff and the service was wonderful! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Good location close to restaurants and coffee shops and a shopping mall right across the road. I would certainly recommend staying here and will be back soon!

I was here for a meeting. Hotel is not too far from airport ... about 40mins by car. Very pleased that there's a mall across the road and a Mac's next door.

Do like the location and breakfast and friendly service. Do not like the drab rooms with no wall decorations. Felt like staying in a large dorm room. Do not like that t here wasno swimming pool. The towels were old. Took a long time for the air conditioner to cool the room.
