better choices nearer town. Give this a miss

Two issues within this hotel: firstly its location was quite far away from Kota and Goldok where food and shopping are within reach. In the end, the cost I spent in taxi for five days, added up to be close to a day stay, not to mention the amount of time wasted in traffic jams. Secondly while the hotel room is clean, the housekeeping is quite inadequate. Soiled and torn towels, bed sheets with stains, uncomfortable mattresses, low water pressure and poor air conditioning system. Signs that the management not willling to invest in the basics. The insulation of noises is very bad, every night the night club six floor down is blasting with loud disco music way past three am.

The hotel is quite modern and very clean. The rooms are large. Wifi is fast and reliable. Lots of parking available. There is a café and Chinese restaurant along with a night club - all of which I did not experience.

Very nice hotel

Went to Jakarta with my wife and 2 small kids. Stayed in the family suites. Room was nice, clean and comfy. Bathtub was great. View from the room was good. Hotel's pools were quite nice as well. Breakfast was ok. Wife went for the spa at the hotel and she loves it. Location is okay for me as it took me 10 mins Grab ride to Jl Sabang for lots of food,15 mins to National monument and train station, 20 - 30 mins to mall and 30-45 mins to airport, depending on the traffic. Will definitely stay again whenever I'm in Jakarta.

When we arrived we had a few issues with our booking , but thanks to rm Harry (Duty Manager) solved all the problem. Its nice hotel especially if you are with children , rooms are spacious , but please confirm which rooms they are booking you on , coz the standards are different at the end of the day I would say its a good value for the money. Thanks to Mr. Harry who made our stay pleasant ans hasslefree.

Many things to be improved in this hotel.

Positive feedback: Nice and friendly full with smile staffs A 3 stars hotel with bathtub. Love the King size kingkoil bed. Can be improved: Smelly towels Need to request knob for bathtub. i will never comeback

the stuff is very bad not friendly and not speaking English, from first time you should carry your luggage to room,as they are telling they don't have enough stuff, you need to pay for every thing there even water which was 20 times more than the normal price .at need we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the wedding hall or the nightclub which was there .
