Avoid this property

On the outside and from the photos this 3 bedroom apartment looked ideal for our one night visit. We provided our arrival time well in advance. The procedure is complicated and we’re assured we would be met at the arranged time. This did not happen and we were left waiting. Apartment concierge staff were unable to assist. The room was not ready and a rep from Travelio (the managing agency I assume) arrived and I think tidied briefly before letting us in. The apartment was filthy dirty and had clearly not had any form of professional cleaning for a long time. There were empty soap bottles and sachets in both bathrooms, which I hasten to add smell terribly of mould. I took photographs on arrival, as I did not want to lose my deposit and take the blame for others mess! There is nothing within walking distance for food or groceries, so had to order via a delivery app. At 10 pm the electricity ran out (not cut off) the ‘credit’ ran out leaving us with no lighting or air con. The communication was terrible and were asked to top up the electric credit ourselves!! Unacceptable. We had to wake up at 3am to get to the airport so slept in baking temperatures and got ready in the dark. There were also hairs in and in two of the beds. Too long to be ours! The property is cheap, but I would rather pay more and get a quality experience! Avoid this property
