Definitely 1 of the top 3 of condos that we've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Comfort, location, appointments, and amenities, etc. The management company was so courteous and helpful from simply checking on us to offering dining recs and more. Great relaxing trip!

My husband and I have stayed at Ocean Place on many occasions. It is a wonderful ocean front property. This particular condo was well appointed and had little extras that were appreciated! It was one of our favorite properties.

Twins Spring Break from Connecticut

Great spring break trip with the condo and pools right on the beach. Daughter spent time in the sun while son chose to go fishing. Short way to Fernandina Beach with good restaurants and boat tours of the Amelia and St John’s Rivers. Not too crowded or spring “break-ee” - we will likely return. Condo was great and the property management team was very helpful!

Home away from home

This condo was perfection, from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. You have all you need and a little slice of heaven with views. The condo was beautifully decorated and was immaculate. We've rented a lot of ocean front condo's but never have we been contacted by the rental agency to ensure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. The condo was exceptional 10/10 and we highly recommend it. For us, it truly felt like home away from home. Wonderful unit and owners. Thank you!

BEST CONDO ON AMELIA ISLAND

Amazing 2BR 2 BA Oceanfront condo. Condo was spectacular, well decorated, and owner went above & beyond to provide all the amenities you could possibly need during your visit. Highly recommend this place...and we will be returning again next year... maybe sooner. Oh yeah, and rental agency was fantastic, as well.

We love Amelia!

My husband and I spent 10 days with family in southern Florida before coming to Amelia. The only thing we packed for our beach trip was a swimsuit. The condo we stayed in had everything we needed- beach chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon… And a kitchen stocked with every dish, appliance and utensil anyone might need. Appreciated the cleanliness as well.

Best condo ever!

We come to Amelia almost every year and always stay in Ocean Place. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Really appreciated the extra bonus of having beach chairs available for use. Also, being my husband is a serious golfer, having access to the Ritz Ocean course at a reduced rate was fantastic. Only thing we might suggest is having more towels available in the bathroom but that was a minor thing. Also, we are not much for cooking so we didn't care about kitchen stuff but if you like to cook, the kitchen was lacking in a few supplies. We will definitely book this place again!!

Perfect Location

I can't say enough about this property. Cozy, comfortable, convenient... If it was dog friendly, I'd probably stay here several times throughout the year. The views are amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. For me, great internet connection was a huge plus as I still had to work in the mornings. You can't beat that morning sunrise! The beach is easy to get to. The sand is soft and area clean & well maintained. We have stayed at numerous condos from Virginia Beach all the way down through the Caribbean Islands and this is the best unit we've experienced so far.

Coastal perfection

The listing pictures are stunning but don’t even do this property justice! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4! Kitchen was easy to navigate with thoughtful amenities. Bathrooms gorgeous. The view was unbelievable!!! Morning sunrises, evening twilight, all perfect. We look forward to coming again!
