Communication and check-in process was seamless. No issues. Overall cleanliness and maintaince of the property was poor. Bed linens were dirty. Some of the linens were stained. Three of the four Mattresses have been severely degraded overtime. Pool needs to be resurfaced. Jacuzzi was so dirty we wouldn’t even attempt to utilize it. Decking around the pool needs resurfacing and power washing. Thankfully, we didn’t pay the 700 they requested to heat the pool/jacuzzi since they were non-usable. Yard brush is overgrown. Windows were so dirty there is what appears to be a thick film over it that impedes view. Overall assessment: disappointing for the price charged.
