This was absolutely the best vacation rental experience I’ve had to date. Communication with Greg and Tiffany was terrific and the townhouse made the perfect get away. It was clean, exactly as described and a short walk from the beautiful Fernandina Beach.

Fantastic spot, one of the nicest VRBOs I have used. Great location, quiet neighborhood, secluded but less than a half mile walk to restaurants, bars, etc. Maybe 1,000 foot walk to the beach. Will 100% stay again if back in the area.

Owner was awesome , place was nice and clean only issue was with the HOA and the parking spot I own a Dodge Ram 2500 and I was asked to move my vehicle from the dedicated parking area for our unit because they said it would block emergency vehicles access but it was nowhere near in the way and I saw multiple vehicles the same size as ours parked in their dedicated parking areas and nothing was said to them !! So HOA is a little strict in my opinion but that’s just my opinion though !! But like I mentioned earlier the owner Greg was awesome and very helpful and we enjoyed our stay in their home away from home !! Thank you Greg !!

Great stay

We really enjoyed this stay, check in was easy and Greg was awesome with the whole process. The hosts were easy to contact via text for any issues and were always quick to reply. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach, i feel like that the access via this community was more private which we loved. One morning we were pretty much the only family within a 300 yard range of the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location - Short walk to the beach.

Easy to get into the condo and it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained as well as the overall property. I did get the idea that they HOA overlooking the community is incredibly strict, though.

I talked with my daughter and son in law about it. They had to wash towels and wash cloths every day. Didnt like that but got used to it and threw dirty clothes in with them so they were clean when they got home. Little too woody. The mosquitoes were horrible, so they bought bug spray. Think they would have relaxed more in motel with people bringing towels, etc. Also roaches were a nuisance. Also would have liked being closer to beach. Overall, pretty good time.

Great townhome

This townhome was very nice to stay at and very clean. I love that there were beach chairs we could use. The bed was comfortable as well. Everyone in the community was super nice and the walk to the beach was very close. I would definitely stay here again. Greg was super responsive and checked-in several times.

Great Family Spot!

Overall we had a great stay with our family of 5! The location was excellent with close proximity to the pool, playground and beach access. We ever were able to walk to a restaurant nearby. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would use again if we come back to Amelia Island!

Great property

The unit and location were incredible. The host was very attentive and they had everything you need. The only down fall was the HOA, the senior citizens of the HOA patrolled the area, and made you feel uncomfortable (nothing Gregory can do about this), but just a warning you'll be watched.

Perfect location

This location was perfect for my first trip to the island. Easy walk to the beach and after a full day of adventure, this place is amazingly quiet inside. Nice big screen tv with plenty of options and I could easily plug my laptop into it for my personal streaming. Very clean. Full size washer and dryer if needed. Plenty of beach supplies available. Restaurants and grocery stores are short drives away and we personally enjoyed Sliders which is only a 5 minute drive that has breakfast lunch & dinner and a cute Tiki bar in back with live music on the beach. We enjoyed the deck and you can see your assigned parking spot from it. The owner provides very helpful information and checkin and out were a breeze. Would definitely rebook here for future stays
