A great place overall

We all loved the condo and the view. The area is beautiful. The last day the elevator was broken and we had to haul everything down flights of stairs. Just grateful that was the only day. Also-the floor was pretty gross. Our crawler was black from the knees down in less than half an hour. Seriously completely black. We went and bought a stiff brush and scrubbed the worst of it. If it's being cleaned they are using the wrong equipment. I'd attach a pic if I could.

Long weekend at the beach

We had a relaxing time at this beautiful condominium. The balcony was a great place to hang out and enjoy the view! It was nice that both bedrooms are ocean front. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with anything you need. We would stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the view is. It was very peaceful and the telescope was great entertainment for my school-aged children! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

November get away

Very nice place. Met all of our expectations. Had a spectacular view of the ocean and property. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to fix a great meal. The heated pool was very nice as it was a little chilly during our stay. Would stay there again.

Little slice of paradise

This was our second trip to AI and we had a great time. Property was as described, clean and really everything you would need is there. Beautiful views, pool was great and usually we were the only ones there. We love staying on the plantation for all the extras with shopping and restaurants so close. We had an issue with the elevator being serviced and not available for a little over a day. That was not great for getting items to the beach. However it was working sometime the next day. There was also an issue with having no water for half a day which was inconvenient and there was no prior communication regarding the issue- we found out when trying to use the sink. Luckily Ashley, the property manager was very responsive once we contacted her and offered to bring water jugs over. We didn’t end up needing them but we were grateful for her quick response to the issue and she let us know when it was back on so we could return to the condo. Other then those few hiccups we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend anyone to stay at this condo! We can’t wait to plan our return trip!

The only issue we encountered With Never having been there … it would have been better to have the details on actually finding the unit in the building ahead of time It was a bit tricky with the elevator leaving us off 5 steps above the actual unit. However I will admit Ashley replied to My emails promptly Also struggled a bit to locate the wi fi password. Thought it was in The binder. It had multiple suggestions on island activities and restaurants I finally found the unit instructions & wi ti password on the refrigerator. I guess that is on me I just assumed that info would be in the binder. No big deal We had a very nice time on Amelia The unit was very clean & comfortable

Wonderful stay at the beautiful Shipwatch Complex condo inside the Omni Resort. Amelia Island has a lot to offer…good restaurants, bike trails, shopping, and of course the ocean :) You’ll enjoy your stay!

Beautiful Views and Comfy Condo

After a bumpy start checking in we had a wonderful time. Ashley with Miller was awesome and got everything straightened out for us . The view here is amazing and the location can’t be beat.

Spacious & Nice Location

Overall, the property is in a nice location with a great view and easy access to both beachfront and pool. The property manager was unresponsive to questions about cribs / pack and plays, but was very quick to inform me that they forgot to include a cleaning fee in the original listing.

Perfect Family Condo
