Sunrise no extra charge

Beach Walker provides the best views of sunrise. We managed to see 4 out of 5 of them. The only drawback was the house had a blow dryer and beach towels provided that were not on the listing. We packed our own but it would have been nice not to drag the extra items on the plane from Maryland to Florida. Overall it was a lovely vacation home.

Awesome family vaca

This is an awesome villa. It has everything you need. Note the parking lot and access to the villa is a little tricky. Steps one way or through grass to access the villa. Kinda hard for elderly walking if you have any in your group. Also, the bringing in and loading part at the beginning and end of your stay is exhausting. I found the hotel luggage cart in the trash drop off area and it was amazing. Wish I knew about it in the beginning. But once you are in the villa is WONDERFUL! Views are top notch and I felt we had the best access to the beach and pool area. We loved seeing the gopher tortoises right out the back door! We will visit again soon. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Great Property

We loved the resort. We rented bikes, it has a great nature center, and games for the kids. The location to the beach and pool is great. All the staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. The only negative is there is no way to get the cart to the room. Everything has to be hauled up the steps.

Great Location!!

Overall the condo was great! I would suggest checking the cleaning service occasionally to make sure they are doing their job. If you are elderly and have a lot of luggage.. make sure you have someone that is able to bring it in for you. We had a great time and the place has awesome views!!

Great place - great view!

This was a perfect condo for our little getaway! It was very nice and the pictures do it justice. There were a few things that had been a bit neglected due to it being the off season but overall this was a great place and the manager responded great. We loved it. The only caution is if you are older (senior adult) it’s a fairly good hike to the car to the condo with luggage, stairs up to the 1st floor and 2 fairly narrow flights of stairs to deal with inside…one to get down to the living room and kitchen from the entrance door and then another to get down to the bedroom and only bathrooms. If mobility isn’t an issue, the place is wonderful. Would return!

Extended stay

Initial transition was a little rough, but after figuring out how to use the shower (labeled in reverse) & high-tech stove top, all was good. The ‘first floor’ unit does require one set of stairs to move gear and food into the unit though so be preparing with rolling bags that can be lifted. Location is beautiful, quiet and close to boardwalk.

Excellent Escape

This property surpassed all of our expectations. It was perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the resort had to offer: a glorious beach, lush grounds, amenities, and more. A paradise outside and all the creature comforts inside. Easy-access to shopping for groceries and sundries close by. Our teens were able to take surf lessons right on our beach in front of our property, and we were able to be pampered with chair and umbrella set up and take down service daily. We definitely plan to return to this property and others who choose to rent will also discover a gem worth coming back to.

Fantastic vacation

First time to Amelia Island and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The description is accurate but there is so much more! The ocean is right out front—watched the sunrise every morning. The resort is very nice and walkable. The condo was clean and the communication with the rental company was fantastic. I can’t say enough about our experience—we will be back!
