This hotel is really underrated. I was here for a long term stay (3-4 weeks) due to the new arrival of my grandbaby so i decided to make it a business trip aswell. Brandy was very helpful on the phone. Initially there was an older gentleman who seemed to be bothered by my questions but he answered them. However the shining star was Ariel her positive attitude and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms could use some updating but the pool was amazing. The pillows are very thin but we travel with our own so that was not an issue. There is a restaraunt onsite you can order food i recommend the chicken strips. Also a bar if you want to have a few drinks. The location was close to everyrhing i needed so it worked out perfect. I travel to Jacksonville 8-10 times a year so i am glad i gave this property a chance. The pool was amazing!

I don't like the fact we spend money for a room and the wifi or internet connection is horrible. As for as the staff here, Ariel and Tangy and 1 other staff are the most respectful people here. I believe they can do better.

Cheap place to lay your head

The receptionist was the best part of this stay, she was very helpful and kind. If your looking for a place to literally just sleep and don't have high standards then this is a VERY cheap option. However, the room did not have what would be thought to be as traditional amenities. No mini fridge in room and only microwave is located in main lobby. There is a restaurant/ bar on property. We did not utelize that so don't know the offerings there. The bedding was stained and damp. The room smelled strongly of lysol but to be fair she had literally just "cleaned" it. I did appreciate the tile floor i do not like carpet. The area is kind of scketchy looking but right off the highway. So again this hotel is a very cheap option and you get what you pay for, a place to sleep before moving on to next location.
