Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Beautiful resort for families

The resort was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. There was always a lot to do. Really enjoyed the choppe at 11 am at the pool and the food was always fantastic. The water slide was a little crazy for Canada standards. Really enjoyed our time there.

Equipe muito atenciosa e hotel bem mantido e limpo. Por se tratar de fazenda achamos que as atividades começariam cedo para a criança aproveitar, mas nem com os animais o contato iniciava antes das 9 da manhã. Difícil com uma criança cujo dia começa às 5, o café a partir das 7:30. Fora isso tudo maravilhoso, logo cedo você pode ver tudo sendo lavado, inclusive playgrounds. Excelente, mas impossibilita o uso de quem começa o dia cedo.

Recomendo o hotél, me hospedaria novamente. A comida é farta e deliciosa. O que realmente poderia melhorar são as atividades para os hóspedes. Passeio de quadriciclo, fusca, arvorismo e tirolesa são à parte. O que resta são: pscina e passeios à cavalo bicicleta e pedalinho. Não ficaria mais de 2 dias hospedádo pois já teria feito tudo o que o hotél tem a oferecer.
