I like the room were clean and spacious. The staff was very unwelcoming, they wanted the passport before the check in to know why I was there, told me to wait two hours, never offered me information, ask me to pay 25 euros for breakfast, didn’t call for a taxi and did not help with the luggage. The hotel itself was not bad but they need to train more their stuff, kind of arrogant.

The neighborhood is totally walkable. It’s easy to get to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Karakoy, and many attractions. I looked forward to the morning breakfast each day, very delicious and many options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central for all sightseeing and easy to catch the train to the airport. Hotel was really good, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the view from the restaurant was definitely something.

I booked a deluxe sea view room and there was no sea view (a tiny sliver of water between a building and the bridge). I asked reception and they advised that this is the sea view room. Not good enough - of all the hotels I have ever stayed at, I have never seen a mediocre ‘sea view’ such as this.

Staff was not at all helpful, half of the time they couldn’t understand and didn’t even try to help us even if they could. We booked two rooms but had to end up staying in one room coz the other room had broken window and was too noisy. My friend literally got the window on her still no room change or no credit provided. Went bavk agaib for one night, late check in and key didn’t work for 15 min. Room was too small for two adults.

Hotel is close to the Ferry, and Galata Tower, walkable to many attractions. Staffs are very friendly, breakfast buffet is on the rooftop restaurant with beautiful views and the food was good.

I loved my stay on this hotel. It's super clean, beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is wide, room has a lot of charging spots for electronics and location is super convenient, just a few minutes away from Karaköy station and downtown. Even though it's on a busy street, noise does not come easily inside the room. Breakfast is also yummy. They have local food and universal options as well And on top of that , staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are all very well organized and really care about you. Ceren and Nala (the feline staff member) are the best!

The staff here are so nice, helpful and friendly. The ladies that are at the front desk, especially Berfru, are super nice and helpful. She does her best to help you and seems like a genuinely nice person. She went out of her way to get me to my favorite room and the view that I wanted to have. I highly recommend this place, specifically because the staff here can make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you.

I wanted to book one more day on August 12 after two days stay in this hotel from August 10-12, But I accidentally clicked the wrong date on August 8, when I paid on line I found I forgot to change the current date to August 12, I tried to contact Expedia, was told I have to call the hotel, but the hotel told me that I have to contact Expedia. Finally I have to pay one day hotel even I’m still in thousand miles away.
