Very friendly staff, great cappuccino for breakfast along with lovely spread. The rooms are small, but when the window is away from the street- it was so quiet! ( despite being in the middle of busy town). The bathroom was sparkling white- the cleanest I have ever seen.

We stayed at this hotel for our long layover. They set up a shuttle so we didn’t have to deal with taxi/uber when we arrived at 11pm. They communicated through WhatsApp promptly and clearly. It was so helpful. We were exhausted after a long travel and missed the breakfast time. The staff member, Ersin, noticed we didn’t have much food left at the buffet, and he kindly put scrambled eggs, some cheese, veggies, and fresh Turkish tea together just for us. Clean room, close to the airport. I don’t know much about the area around the hotel but for our purpose, it was fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was convenient to a shopping center. The breakfast offered was also good. However, one drawback of our room was the small window that faced the stairs, which contributed to noise from a nearby car wash.

The challenges of traveling with an infant and rel

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as having baby cots. Despite messaging them in advance, they didn't set one aside for us, and when we arrived, they told us they didn't have any. The housekeeping staff tried their best, but the only cot they could find was broken and didn't have a mattress. They gave us a blanket instead of a proper mattress. Unfortunately, this means I won't be staying at this hotel again.

The airport is great . We just wanted a quieter room. The staff is nice. Ahmed was great. The toilet sprayer isn’t positioned right . It floods the floor. But other than that we liked our stay. The breakfast buffet is great

The room was ok, AC worked. Only issue we had was they got our room wrong and we didn’t have enough beds in the room. They did fix it and bring a rollaway bed but that was very inconvenient at 2am.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was spotless. The bellboy/helper was exceptional. He was so friendly, helpful and kind. It was close enough (as close as could be) to the airport. Just a small fee to the airport. Our three person room was clean and adequate, but not spacious. Wonderful, delicious breakfast included. Will stay again.

Excellent hotel in great location for a short stay

We stayed in this hotel for one night due to a long layover and found it excellent with very friendly staff and a great location with a supermarket just around corner and plenty of restaurants and a mall within a few minutes walks. Slightly disappointed by lack of pastries at breakfast but I think for a small hotel the breakfast was reasonable. And they had recycling bins outside each room. Only had a couple of negatives: - The extractor fan was quite loud (and seems to run for at least 15 minutes each time) - The instructions for the shuttle were a bit unclear as it mentioned a meeting point but never mentioned what to do after reaching that point (we had to call them for them to send the shuttle)
