We reached the hotel at night no body will come us no body come to take the luggage I waited for more than five minutes then i asked the staff who was standing outside what should to do they said go and complete your reservation but he didn’t guide us where we should park my car who will take the luggage, i do everything by my self, the property was good but the night staff was not friendly.

It was amazing.. the staff was extremely helpful. The doorman Kadir was an exceptional man.. he went out of the way to make sure that the taxi is safe and not overcharging as taxi fraud is prevalent in Istanbul

Perfect. Good location, perfect breakfast.. very nice bad.. all its good.. and special very big thank for reception!! We doing check in very late..because our flight canceled.
