Slow pick up at the airport despite. Dirty leftovers of previous guests found in a waste can in the bathroom. Almost end of life ceiling lumps that flashes in the corridor of 3rd floor. No water bottles. Breakfast location was outside the hotel, 5 minutes away, where a server requested me to wait outside for 5 minutes at 7:10am while the restaurant was supposed to open at 7 am. (A receptionist let me in the restaurant regardless of the server’s comment, though). Overall, this hotel is never customer centric. I cannot recommend this hotel to my family or friends.

There was no shuttle going to the hotel from the airport. We got a good deluxe quadruple room which only had one bed. We tried to contact customer service found no one at the hotel. The hotel is far from the airport.
