Mr. Abdullah from Bonne Sante Hotel is a very supportive and kind gentleman. The hotel is excellent, located on the main street with the metro station just a 1-minute walk away. Shopping areas, food outlets, and restaurants are all nearby. I traveled with my three kids and felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the trip!

Not as good as the website

Nice staff, but the room needed some maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was black with mold. The breakfast was good. They charged 45 euro for transportation to the airport though 35 euro was mentioned on the hotels.com site. It was in a good location.

Extremely bad experience

We had such a bad experience staying at Bonnie Santa Hotel Taksim. The receptionist, Abdullah was extremely rude and unprofessional. They said their complimentary breakfast was from 8 to 10 am. When we arrived at 9 am, there was no food left. We along with other guests were surprised at their behavior. When we requested to speak to the manager, we were not allowed. His tone of voice and body language were quite rude. Cleanliness and overall service was below average. Check-in and check-out was difficult because you have to climb whole length of stairs with luggage through very narrow entrance.

Great location and rooms

We had a great stay at the hotel. They helped us get airport transportation, and it was very smooth. The location is fantastic. Close to the Metro station. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

I wanted to cancel this booking because of the reviews i seen but they said the manager didnt approve so when i arrived at the place and seen how far i had to go up the stairs i wasnt happy also the way the person spoke to me in a unprofessional manner and then he gave me a card to go in my room and so we got the lift me and my wife and 2 daughters with a pram and the receptionist told his worker to get another lift and take their suitcases up and when we areived in our room my wife was not happy at all in the way they just treated us so 10 minutes we was waiting for our suitcases to come but he didnt so we all went down and i asked him why you not brought my stiff up he didnt answer so we left the building had to walk down them long stairs and i had to drag 3 suitcases around Taksim Square to look for another convenient hotel so we caughter a tax after a 30 mins walk and we arrived at another hotel and we wad treated so nicely and my wife and kids were happy and felt safe so we stayed there and we all loved it, so just to let you know we didnt stay a single night at bonne sante hotel we was just there for max 20mins and got out of that creepy dark place so i should get a refund for not staying there a single night

The area I stayed is right the centre of the shopping street l. The room have 4 beds which is more than enough for 4 people. Gohan is very friendly and helpful. Without his help I couldn't able to explore the city. My room is in 7 floor. Lift is only upto 6 floor. So we have to climb one floor by stairs. That's the only disadvantage. The terrace is good for sitout

The hotel is in the most perfect location, step out and you are within walking distance of all the must see hot spots. The staff are exceptionally, kind, helpful and go the extra mile to help on any way they can. Etrugul and Hasan took really good care of us. Thank you Mustafa for arranging our transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here with my three children in a family room and it was a great and comfortable stay. I think I’m awarding extra points for the staff as they really did make us feel welcome and well looked after.

This place was horrible. There were stairs from the entrance to the lobby, and by stairs I mean a lot of them. They put us on the 7th floor which meant that we had to take another flight of stairs from the 6th floor as the elevator only goes to 6th floor. The stairs are steep and poorly lit. We actually checked out the next morning and moved to another hotel. Even though we already paid for 3 nights and they wouldn’t refund us for the 2 nights that we didn’t use. The room was very crammed. It had a hit tub inside the room but I wouldn’t use it as the edge was very high making it a hazard to get in and outside of it. Also the bathroom was very old and the door wouldn’t close unless you shut it forcefully. I wouldn’t recommend this place. For the same amount of money you can get a much better hotel in the same area
