My stay was extremely disappointing and felt like a nightmare. Nothing matched what was advertised online—the photos and descriptions were completely misleading. The reviews seemed fake, and I now regret trusting them. The room was incredibly small, had a strong unpleasant odor, and was far from clean. To make matters worse, the staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is near to osmanbey metro station The rooms are big and clean Stuff are friendly Breakfast is good I faced a problem with electricity but they fixed it. towels need to be changed more frequently

Отель не новый, но постель была чистая, тараканов почти не было. Тараканов почти не было (видели в номере 2 шт всего). Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый. Особенно женщина из Батуми. Еда на завтрак простая, но качественная. Яичница отличная. За эти деньги отличный отель.

İlk verdikleri oda dan yan odaya geçiş vardı. Güya gardrop mis kapı yi kapalı tutuyorlarmis ve ağır bir lağım kokusu vardı. Resepsiyona haber verdik dedikleri odada havlu terlik kullandınız mı uatal ta bozulma varmı var ise yeni oda için tekrardan ücret alacaklarını söylediler hiç kullanmadik ve başka oda verdiler onu da perdeler yok evden bozma biryerdi. Hayatımda bu kadar nalet bir otel de kalmadım kesinlikle gitmeyin ve güvensizlik diz boyu kimin girip çıktığı belli değil mekana. Otel diyemiyorum cunki değil pansiyon gibi birşey. Ortak kullanımlı çok yeri

Rezalet

Odaya ilk girişimde sigara kokuyordu. Giriş yaptığım sırada odamın kapısı sonuna kadar açıktı. Duş ekipmanları bozuk. Duş su sızdırıyordu. Oda çok sıcaktı ve ayarlanabilirliği yoktu. Bu yüzden uyuyamadık. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki personelin eğitimi yetersizdi. Güler yüz ve ya nezaket arıyorsanız burayı tercih etmemelisiniz. Banyo zemini soyulup ayaklarımıza yapıştı. Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonum onaylanmasına rağmen rezervasyonumu bulamadılar ve kendi sistemlerinde tekrardan rezervasyon oluşturdular. Aramasaydım giriş günü büyük bir sorunla karşılaşacaktım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öylesine açılıp işletilen bir otel. Otelcilik sektöründeki ana fikri atlamışlar. Yakıştıramadım.

Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer gebucht mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett aber geflogen alleine. Nach dem ich mich eingecheckt habe, habe Besuch gehabt diese arrogante alte Mann am Rezeption hat von mir 500 türkische Lira verlangt pro Tag! Ich habe aber voraus für 5 Tage bezahlt gehabt! Er hat gemeint mein Besuch muß extra bezahlen habe ich aber nicht! Schichtwechsel war einandre Person da. War keine Rede von extra Bezahlung wie es sein sollte. Putzfrauen machen ihre Arbeit fleißig. Das Gebäude ist veraltet aber in zentrale Lage
