Perfect home for families! Boasting 3560 square feet, an airy open floor plan, modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two large living spaces and two master suites, this home is ideal for large families. Just a quick walk to the beach, this home also offers peeks of the Ocean from the large exterior porches. With a private pool and outdoor grill, in addition to the sundeck around the pool, this home allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors while expanding your living space. No smoking. No Pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved the house! The large family room and kitchen were great for our group. The size of the kitchen exceeded our expectations and the ice maker was an awesome feature. We did expect it to to be equipped with some items that were missing or non-functional (blender, shrimp deveiner, strainer). The bedrooms with private baths were a plus. One of the best features was the porch which we used to greet the morning and for relaxation in the evenings. We did feel that if the elevator was advertised it should have been usable. That was disappointing. The short walk to be beach was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this fantastic home!

You open the front door to discover soaring ceilings, crown molding in karma and wide plank heart pine flooring. The kitchen is outfitted with commercial grade appliances. Every corner is field with luxury! The views from the double piazzas are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: This was an excellent rental property with spacious living areas and an amazing kitchen, very easy to entertain with plenty of seating options as well. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are huge. We especially enjoyed the location. The back of the house faces the ocean and is a direct shot to the beach. The garages are exceptionally large and accessible. Overall, the house was equipped with essentials such as toilet paper and was extremely clean. We would definitely recommend using this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very relaxing, beautiful and peaceful. The location was good for not being right on the beach. Didn't like having to cross the busy street( maybe put a crosswalk for increased safety for younger ones. There was a lot of privacy to enjoy the house and pool without intrusion. The home has a nice layout and the most welcoming kitchen I've ever seen. The porches were also a nice retreat. The master bed room hallway ceiling had mildew/mold pretty bad so wish that was dealt with prior to arrival probably since the house was 80 degrees which is too warm since it took awhile to cool. The kitchen would also get really warm while cooking and needs more vents in that area. Overall the experience was wonderful with many unforgettable memories. I prefer being closer to ocean so probably would not rent this house again for that reason. The home has an elevator that I asked to be fixed to use for my grandma and for loading unloading groceries or luggage and it was not addressed. Otherwise staff was accomodating.
