We stayed in one of the bungalows and absolutely loved it! It was awesome to walk right out of your room onto the beach. We really enjoyed the kayaking.

Nice, spacious suite with an amazing waterfront view. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Beautiful heated pool; I didn’t want to get out. The drinks at the tiki bar could’ve been improved. Lovely beachfront and walkable to several restaurants.

Copied from my wife’s google review of our stay with which I agree completely: Where do I begin? There is a reason no one is staying at this hotel anymore. Upon arrival, we checked in and our AC wasn’t working. We let front desk know. Maintenance was called. We had to sit in the room and wait for them to come. They came and fiddled with ac for approx half of an hour. I assume he added Freon. I do not speak fluent Spanish so I’m not sure what he told me. I left and went to cocktails. When I returned the room was still 76degrees. I went to front desk asking to move rooms. I wrongly assumed I would receive an upgrade. I got a downgrade. My “garden view” was a view of a construction zone next door. Furniture was dirty. Blinds broken. Overall the decor was barren. The pool is missing tiles. The pool ladder is broken. House keeping didn’t come nor will they ever come from my gathering of other users reviews. AND there was blood on my sheets (not mine) The complimentary shuttle was “down for maintenance” my last day. ie they can’t staff appropriately. I expected more and will not return.

Room internet drops every 30 seconds. Reported the problem multiple times. Workers blamed me for only telling front desk, thry say you must ask for a manager. Room is simply not cleaned unless you go to front desk to ask, and then you have to wait for mext day for cleaning. Room telephone does not work.

Many things did not work in the room including the Internet, the heater (it was very cold at night), the electric outlets on the night table, the bathroom was very old and decrepit. However, customer service by Marilyn and her team was amazing and prompt. Despite all the challenges we faced, she provided adequate and quite appropriate and timely support with a beautiful everlasting smile.

Beautiful resort with convenient parking and a great location. The kids loved the included kayaking and the pool. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and housekeeping could have been better, but overall we enjoyed our visit and would book again on future trips.
