Beach bums will love having access to a one-half-mile-long private, white-sand beach, but if you’d rather stay dry, all the shops, restaurants, beach bars, and amenities of Islamorada are just a short drive away. The world-famous Seven Mile Bridge is around 28 miles further down the Overseas Highway.

At home, you’ll find a bright, open living space on the main level, featuring coastal decor, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and the same canal-front view thanks to two sets of triple French doors. Don your chef’s hat and take advantage of the full kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite workspace to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the breakfast bar or adjacent dining table. Pop a bottle into the wine fridge to chill for later, then head out to explore.

When you return, cool off from the Florida sun in the central AC while the washer/dryer make quick work of the day’s clothes. Grab a seat on the plush living room couch to stream the latest release, post the day’s pics on social media with the free WiFi, or play a family board game around the dining room table. A bait freezer, filet table, and BBQ grill make it easy to prepare the day's catch for dinner. Call it a night in any of four comfortable bedrooms, with the two downstairs offering separate, outdoor entrances. Dock details: 100 ft of dock space. Deepest Point at 24'. Cleats to tie off, no other equipment provided. Boat lifts are not available, only dock space.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
