The house was roomy enough for our needs with 10 people, including sleeping arrangements, cooking, and breakfast space on a rolling schedule. There was only 1 shower, so that was a bit tricky but worked out fine. The kitchen and dining area floors and table were sticky—probably just needed a quick mop and/or rinse, but as we were only there overnight, it didn’t create a big problem. The beds were quite comfortable. The driveway is steep but there is a garage and street parking available. There wasn’t much there as far as pantry products or condiments, so bring your own mustard and ketchup if you like. There were pots, pans, baking dishes, a couple of serving bowls, some utensils and serving spoons and such. There was also dish soap, paper towels, and coffee. It was all that we needed and was a very comfortable stay.
