Won’t book this again—just too many annoying issues.
I travel to Indy for business at least once every couple of weeks for a few days. I’ve stayed in several studio and one-bed apartments in town, all managed by property management services. My usual place in Broad Ripple was booked, but this studio looked adorable online so I gave it a shot. Since I’m limited on characters, here were my issues:1) Code didn’t work for key dispenser. It took two phone calls and a trip to the apartment with the wrong key to get another code to get in.2) Parking spot directions were nowhere near correct—I drove the whole garage looking for the right numbered spot.3) The unit reeked so bad of marijuana, I almost left.4) The cabinet door to the bathroom vanity was broken.5) Shower was discolored and mildew was growing in the corners6) Closet shelves were filthy—I had to wipe down before putting my clothes on them7) There was a load of towels and sheets in the dryer, which I can only assume was the towels/sheets of the previous guest. I folded them so I could do my own laundry. 8) Tried to air out the marijuana smell—sleeping area window broken. 9) Key dispenser wouldn’t take my code twice before it finally took it a third time to turn in my key.I’m not a Karen, I swear. I do these stays regularly. This one was not positive. I was just happy to leave.
