House keeping guys insistly knocked the door two times at 8.30am and wake me up. I am sure they have the list of available or unavailable rooms but I don't understand why this happened. Also there were no slippers in the room, they bring when i asked it.

Nice property with convenient restaurants nearby. I was extremely dismayed that there was no available valet parking and I had to park 6 blocks away while carrying all of our luggage and children or leaving them alone while I parked. I asked for any help and was not given any options. Extremely frustrating with the premium price that I paid for the room. Dining was exceptional at the restaurant but won't go there again if parking isn't reserved for hotel guests.
