Spider webs in stairwell, pool was closed, vending machine out of order, ice machine out of order, bath tub was moldy looking with enamel peeling off. There were loud guests outside at 4am and again at 4:30am.

Grace was great!!! The breakfast ambassador was rude The hospitality suite is in need of repairs - wet bar cover broken, mold on wall by both air conditioners and the bathroom tile was dirty.

Friendly staff The room was clean and comfortable _ Quiet. Amenities good -- plenty of hygiene-bath products, small microwave & refrigerator in the room. Plenty of towels changed out and bed made daily by staff. Great sectioned areas in lobby to sit and watch TV or just enjoy a quiet moment. The Buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of cold and hot selections ___ only issue I had was the bathtub had grey mold along the sealant edges on the faucet side.

Room was pleasant. Bathroom tub/shower needed new finish. Door was very squeaky when opened. Stayed in 2nd floor. The room above us pacing the floor with loud thuds. Very obvious and disruptive to our sleep. Not the fault of the hotel..have some respect guests.
