You really can't beat the size and convenience of this house! With six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and eight beds, we have plenty of space for your whole group to spread out and relax.

This is a duplex property that can be separated into two separate units. For a whole house booking, there's an interior door that we open that connects the two downstairs living areas, giving you a big open home. No need to go outside to get to the other side! This also means you have two of everything - living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms!

We also have two fold up cots and two airbeds available for those additional guests. While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do provide baby gates for the stairs and a pack-n-play.

We've thought of everything you need to make your stay seamless. Our upgraded kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials and basic cooking needs like oil and spices. Our bathrooms have plenty of extra towels and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover. Lastly, we offer comfy mattresses, blackout curtains, and sound machines.

We have a no pets, no smoking, and no parties policy. We charge an additional $300 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are broken.

Located near the desirable Holy Cross neighborhood, Fountain Square, Irvington, and Windsor Park. Only a two-minute walk to the Neidhammer Event Center and Coffeehouse.

Please note this area is highly transitional with rehabbed homes next to vacant homes. Despite the construction and diversity, the neighborhood continues to be a safe pocket downtown.
