All rooms face the ocean. Beautifully decorated for a relaxing getaway. We've stayed here three times and will keep coming back. The front desk staff is there to serve you. They are amazing.

Room lovely and great views. Unfortunately small pool area was being refurbished meaning constant cutting noises, dust, fuel small and work men with wheel barrows walking around pool all day. No offer of beds on the beach instead, no apologies from reception staff when we complained just shrugged their shoulders. Manager was ‘unavailable’ to speak when we asked. Generally disappointed, so much they could have done to make up for it.

We really liked this hotel, beautiful location. Close to all the shops, mall, and food. I really have no complaints other than the deaign of the shower and bathroom. I thought it was neat at first but once we started using it, the shower water would flood out into the sink area. There was no water pressure either. Also having ground floor was great because we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff to our room. BUT if you are looking to enjoy the beach side view with the pretty sunrise, i would suggest going to level 2 or 3. Its right above the bushes on ground 1. Some other side notes, I loved the seperate sitting room and their gym! Overall, i would stay here again, but choose floor 2 or 3 😁

Very nice room, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a downstairs room with a sliding door and a nice little sitting area right on the other side of the hedges was the beach just a walk through the pool area and you’re on the sand.

Too expensive for a worn looking hotel

The hotel looked a tad run-down, not like shown in photos. the pool tiles need a little scrubbing, exterior doors and paints peeling. The whole establishment needs a total overhaul. Charged $16 per day for parking. We ended up paying over $200 a day and I would expect more for the price paid...

I stayed here with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only hiccup was that our door battery was dying on us so we couldn’t actively get into our room without a struggle the first two nights but staff got it all fixed up in no time. The view of the beach every morning is beautifully breathtaking.

We went to see family and take care of business. Our stay was absolutely great. The service was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in over looked the ocean and it was absolutely Beautiful 😍. I will definitely be going back soon.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property needs maintenance - painting on exterior. Wall repairs. The rooms are updated and clean. Doesn’t seem to be the typical Doubletree property.
