Amazing time!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

A very nice and relaxing location. A GREAT place for young families with fun facilities and very nice beach. Breakfast and lunches were good but the dinner time was very repetitive. Overall a good place ti stay

Eu fui esperando que teria um experiência mto boa, mas não foi o que aconteceu! no frigobar do quarto só tinham água e refrigerante, não tinha cerveja! quando eu pegava a cerveja de garrafa (que gosto mais) no bar do restaurante coco dende, eles abriam a garrafa, então não tinha como eu levar para o quarto para beber, só podia beber ali! as comidas nos jantares ficavam mto separadas, não havia um critério lógico para a distribuição da comida! não havia salão de jogos ou coisa assim, a única diversão era a piscina ou a praia, o restante era pago, tínhamos que pagar por tudo! participei da reunião da vocation, pois disseram que eu receberiam alguns premios, não recebi nada, só perdi 2 horas do meu tempo! ali parece mais que a gente está mendigando. O lugar é bonito e só! a comida é repetitiva, não teve nada que justificasse o preço da diária! o check-out é meia hora antes do horário do almoço e se vc quiser almoçar precisa pagar, a gente não tem o almoço nem quando entra e nem quando sai! Eu acredito que o dono do resort é mto avarento, porque ele economiza com coisas pequenas, veja só, não deixaram a jarra com água de coco no balcão do bar pq segundo eles estava havendo desperdício, para pegar um copo de água de coco tínhamos de aguardar o funcionário fazer drinks ou coisa assim para as pessoas que chegavam antes, gente era água de coco! a minha estadia foi decepcionante. O wifii era péssimo! poucos funcionários, no bar molhado nem tinha funcionário!

O quarto era a única parte boa da estadia, porém, a equipe não era tão simpática para um resort, alguns chegavam até a ser grosseiros. não houve acompanhamento até o quarto, ficamos perdidos com malas e crianças, entrando e saindo de prédios, pq nos deram informações erradas. O resort muito mal cuidado, cheguei a ver uma barata no restaurante, comida rasoavel, senti mal cheiro em algum lugares. Sinceramente já me hospedei um pousadas com mais qualidade, não foi uma das melhores experiências, o custo benefício não é bom. Não recomendo!

Estivemos hospedados por alguns dias no hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência deixou a desejar em vários pontos. Apesar de ser um all inclusive, sentimos muita falta de opções infantis no almoço e jantar — o cardápio parecia não considerar que muitas famílias viajam com crianças. Outro ponto negativo foi a área das piscinas. Nenhuma delas é aquecida, o que compromete bastante o uso, principalmente em dias mais frios ou nublados. O quarto também teve seus problemas: ficamos sem água quente, e o serviço de arrumação se limitava apenas a esticar a cama, sem nenhuma limpeza
