Great Stay

Had a last-minute trip come up and had to run room for 14 people. We were able to stay here and have the whole family in one spot, which worked splendidly. We actually wish we could have spent a few more nights in the area, but that wasn't an option for us on this trip.Property was as described and Check-In and Check-Out was convenient and easy. Good shopping and restaurant options nearby (driving distance). We would look to stay here again in the future when we could spend more time and enjoy the local activities more.

Impressed!!!

When we walked through the doors, we were stunned of how beautiful and accommodating this home was!!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. We had trouble finding the prop from maps but was able to get owner on the phone and he led us step by step to the home!!! We would LOVE and will visit again. Thank you!!!

Perfect for our family

Our family of 30 had an amazing stay! There were a couple of small hiccups, (the garbage situation was a little tricky) but otherwise it went wonderfully. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and really great to work with! Kids loved the pool and we all LOVED having the pickleball courts and grassy area right out the front door. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Lots of broken items , hit tub, dryer etc.

First, the owners knew about the broken amenities, and at their own admission over a week before we checked in. The dryer was broken, and we did not known until we had wet cloths from the washer. $80 in laundry mat fees and 6 hours of sitting in the laundry mat we got our clothes washed. The hot tub... green when we checked in Sunday, and Green when we checked out Saturday. The hot tub guy came by tuesday and told us it has been broekn and needed a new controller board. He shocked it, but it was back to smelling by wed afternoon. We didn't see him come back. Their maintenance guy stopped by Saturday while we were packing, and also mentioned it has been a problem for a while, which we were told was normal for a 13yr old unit. The house was dirty when we got there, hair in the shower drain and dirty floors. I know this is in the desert, but we found food under the kitchen tables. The owners were away, and not around, and the management company said they could not help as this was a direct owner rental. They did get the dryer replaced thursday,and I spent most of the day washing towels. They have plenty of beach towles, but we were short on bath towels. After 5 days they really needed a wash. All being said, this has the potential to be an awesome property, with just a little bit of maintenance. Broken disposal, frig with broken shelving and missing parta. All minor but the combination of it alm ads up.

Loved our spring break getaway

Beautiful and roomy place that accommodated our large group very well. Our host communicated with us well and even though we had a little hiccup at check-in it was resolved quickly. We all had a great time and enjoyed the proximity of our rental to Zion National Park as well as stores and amenities nearby.

Lovely home and great location!

Our biggest complaint would be with VRBO. Your company needs to work on training their customer service help line people to speak more legibly and NOT to hang up on customers, as I experienced when booking this home. Very distressing!! Also, what was stated on the listing as a check-in time of 3:00 and check out at 11:00 was incorrectly listed “By VRBO”. The home manager was able to clarify this for me after our arrival. The home itself is perfect for large groups and family gatherings, as it is very clean and exactly as pictured . Home is a under new management and there are quirky small details that need to be ironed out, otherwise, Jameson and Mindy are doing a good job and were ALWAYS responsive to our questions and needs. Best of luck with this new property! We enjoyed our Holiday stay!

Perfect for a Big Family Get Together!

This was a perfect property to accommodate our early Christmas celebration with family from California and Utah in phases, the home can accommodate large groups comfortably, we highly recommend it, and Jameson and Mindy were great to work with.

LOVE-LOVE-LOVE!!!! Can't Wait To Go Back!!!!!

We used this terrific location as a family reunion gathering place for our family because it's halfway between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. With 9 adults, 9 kids and 2 dogs -- we need room to spread out and this was a 5 STAR in every way! It's impossible to say what we loved most! Getting to know Jameson and Mindy (super hosts and so helpful/communicative) to the great location -- to the spacious, gorgeous family and pet friendly property -- to the fabulous swimming pools. Golly! It was just fabulous. The swimming was especially wonderful! The family pools are gorgeous and so fun! First off -- Jameson went way out of his way ahead of time to confirm that all our questions were answered and that we had everything we expected/needed. Love that. The home itself is just beautiful. While the pictures are wonderful, there's no way to capture the spaciousness of it all. It just goes and goes and goes. There really is room for 30+ guests to relax and enjoy a fun holiday that's close to all the great activities in St. George. Everything, but especially the kitchen is straight out of magazine -- love those brick walls and high ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked to cook up a storm for a large crowd, which we did. There are 3 dining room tables and we used them all! Our family especially loved the spectacular enclosed courtyard where the toddlers, kids and our well-behaved, lovable dogs played and played and played -- while the adults supervised from the lovely windows in the kitchen and spacious living room. Everyone was so safe and happy! When we asked our gang what they loved most, the kids said they loved the swimming and the fun of the huge bunk room. The adults loved the relaxing lovely home/atmosphere, king-sized beds with luxurious bathrooms, swimming with the kids + the hot tub -- and that there was just so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy each other. Next time we'll add another evening so we have time for an evening on the roof-top patio to enjoy the stars. It's a topper and not to be missed! Absolutely the ONLY problem is that our time there was over too soon and no one wanted to go home! A nearby Walmart was an added perk to make shopping trips easy. And our last day at Sand Hollow State Park (just 15 minutes away) was the cherry on top. You could easily make that a central part of a vacation as there's so much to do there as well. Thanks, Jameson and Mindy! We're all looking forward to returning ASAP!

St. George

The property is nice. The location was perfect for us. And the home was large enough for our big group. Only complaint about the whole process is that there were no check out instructions.
