I am already a fan of Hilton Garden Inns. This trip did not disappoint. When I traveled for my work life, I was a diamond member because it was my "go to" hotel. Now that I am retired and do not travel as much, my husband and I love Hilton Garden Inns. Clean, staff very helpful and friendly. This location in Huntsville AL was perfect for visiting the Space and Rocket Center and plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

Typical Hilton Garden Inn, but very disappointed some expected amenities were gone. Specifically ice water in an urn, and all day coffee/tea. When I inquired at the desk the very polite desk clerk informed me that they got orders from “upper management” who visited that this was no longer “on brand.” Other similar brands offer this. Returning on a hot Alabama day, ice water would have been a nice touch. Won’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Great stay at this property. Great location, and recent renovation was evident. They did a great job. Room was great, bed was comfortable and property well appointed. Only downside was that the Peloton Bike in the fitness center was not working.

Everything about this stay was almost perfect.The only complaint I have is the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 915 and again at 1035 and told us they were checking for early checkouts.Made us feel rushed to leave.There should be a better system in place to not disturb customers.The rest of the staff were kind,courteous, and very accomodating.The bartender also made a wonderful Margarita.

This was our second time to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We love it but this time there were some disruptions due to renovations. It was hard to get some rest with all of the construction going on. To make it worse, we had no water on our last day. Apparently the workers cut the water line and we had to check out early. Luckily, the staff obliged and did not charge us for that last night. We still love the Garden Inn, just the renovations took some of the luster off of it. The location is perfect, the restaurant is very good. As long as there are no more renovations going on, we would not hesitate to stay again.
