Excellent Private home, perfect with our pups!

We were in town hosting an engagement party at an offsite venue. This home provided the perfect location, and plenty of room for event prepping in the kitchen with all the equipment. The fully fenced rear yard made traveling with small dogs easy! Comfortable bedding, separate bathrooms and spacious lounging areas with the privacy of a single family home were very appealing!

Fine for a Weekend Stay

The property was adequate for our needs with basic furnishings. The owner has some nice touches -- pods for the Keurig, nice bath towels, both soft and firm pillows in the master and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Michael was very responsive as well. The newly fenced in back yard was nice since we were traveling with our dog, but the leaves from the fall were deep and needed to be removed given some of north Alabama's native wildlife. Neighborhood felt very safe and homes are well cared for. Our Ford F250 took up the entire driveway and backing out was a challenge at times when people parked on the street adjacent to the driveway, so be aware of that. Very close to Hwy 72 and convenient to UAH.

Perfect Location to enjoy all of Huntsville!

The house was clean and great for relaxing in between activities. The fenced in yard was an added bonus and the location was perfect. Will definitely be back to Huntsville and look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful home. Clean and quiet and perfect for a vacation getaway. Close to everything and in a peaceful and relaxing location. All the comforts you need available in the home. Host was so helpful and wonderful to work with. We will be staying here again.

Chose the property because it looked like it was open concept with a fairly good sized kitchen area and large living room. It was perfect!
