Great place close to GNP

We were very pleased with our stay. We strongly recommend it for couples visiting West Glacier GNP. Located in Hungry Horse, you are 10 minutes from the West entrance of GNP. This will be crucial to anyone who wants to get in before 6am. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet and accurately reflected in the pictures. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and dining and sitting area. Stay here and just experience some of the dining at Lake McDonald Lodge; you won’t regret it! The owner Karen was friendly, helpful and great with her communication before our trip. Was able to make use of a cooler and she rented Bear spray. Besides being close to West Glacier, it is also near restaurants and supermarket. Strongly recommend this vacation rental. Thank you Karen.

Glacier Getaway

Karen was a terrific host from the very beginning. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and walked us through the property. Her accomodations were close to the National Park entrance which made it convenient. We loved experiencing the area for 3 days.

The apartment was a little dated but clean. The shower is a very small standup shower. The location was not what I expected. Lot of teenagers walking the streets in the dark late at night. Thankfully our vehicle was fine and nothing happened.

Excellent choice for Glacier National Park

Karen was an excellent host for this one bedroom upstairs condo. She had thought of most everything with a fully equipped kitchen, and living room with DVDs and a bedroom that had several books to choose from. She was very thoughtful with the amenities that were added to the unit. The condo was very clean and personable. We loved the fact that we could sit outside on the porch and she provided a grill if we chose to use it. It was a comfortable sofa and two nice reclining chairs in the living room. There was a TV, but it only played DVDs due to the fact that there is no service for the television. That was quite fine as we were exhausted from our days in Glacier. She will also rent bear spray to you for $10 a visit. We had been in Canada and needed to purchase the bear spray there so we left ours behind as well. We would definitely stay here again. It was very close to Glacier.

Karen was a wonderful host! This rental is perfect for the two nights we stayed. You’re close to the Glacier entrance but also not far from Columbia Falls or Kalispell for shopping. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. If we ever visit the area again, we would stay again.
