The room was nice, with an excellent bed. Disappointed that bath, which room was especially chosen for, did not run hot enough. Also lack of specific hotel parking was off-putting. Food service stopping before 9pm on a Saturday night meant we had to go elsewhere, which I would not expect.

The staff were excellent and the food options were superb. Good selection of gluten free options. Parking limited since previous owner had sold off parking spaces for housing. Great atmosphere. Will be better when refurbished soon

The room was very clean with excellent facilities, the choice for breakfast was varied with the full breakfast really tasty. The service from all staff was first rate with special mention for the lady serving the breakfast on Friday 28th November, she was fab with bright cheery attitude. I would recommend staying here to friends and colleagues when in the area, Thank you.

The staff are very helpful. There are 6 parking spaces available for guests behind the hotel in the railway parking area. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was cramped and bed and pillows not over comfortable. Good value for money
