appartement dangereux

Je suis partie seule une semaine au ski. Le deuxième soir,je me suis retrouvée enfermée à l'extérieur sur la terrasse de l'appartement car le système de fermeture de la porte terrasse se verrouille lorsque vous mettez la porte contre alors que je souhaitais ne pas refroidir l'appartement. Il était 22h30. Impossible de joindre ni l'agence ni les propriétaires par téléphone. Aucun serrurier joignable, la gendarmerie non présente au poste qui se situe à coté. Après 3h dehors et sans trouver de solution, une personne a pris le risque, avec un brise glace, d'escalader jusqu'au troisième étage pour casser la vitre et me permettre de rentrer à 2h du matin. Aucune prise en charge de la part de l'agence ni des propriétaires, ne réalisant pas le risque que les locataires encourent. Ils m'ont fait payer 440 euros pour la réparation sans une excuse du mal occasionné! Appartement avec joli déco pour faire oublier la vétusté du bâtiment. Je n'ai aucun souvenir d'un détecteur de fumé non plus…A bon entendeur...
