The young lady working the front desk was very formal and helpful. She answered all of my questions clearly and politely. Very easy check in process, less than two minutes. Way better than my experiences at other branded hotels in Houston.

There are no instructions for how to get the shuttle. If you come from an International Flight, they will not come to concourse E and you will have to go all the way to concourse C. Nowhere this information is found until you call the property, after realizing that the shuttle does is not countinuous but under a request basis. The guy at the counter had a nasty and unfriendly attitude. Will not be returning.

It was all kinds of cats outside the hotel i am afraid of cats they were on top of my car and the black cat chase me into the hotel. People live their the one lady i spoke to was outside feeding the cats I will never stay there again.
