It’s a shared space

The stay itself was very nice . When booking initially I thought it was for the whole house but it’s for a room in the house . Tho there are codes to get in the house I could not sleep the second night knowing there was someone else walking around . If you’re ok with a shared space the place is perfect . I never saw the other guest

We did enjoy our stay however since you are sharing the house it can get really loud from the other guests. I was having trouble sleeping due to the noise from the other people staying in the house. Parking was also an issue. Other than the stay was nice, the house was great and convenient location for us! More towels and bath mats would have been nice for the bathroom too!

Please be aware that if you’re booking through Expedia, the listing is very misleading. I was under the impression that I was renting a private apartment (I have rented small private apartments for a similar price point). This is not a private apartment. You rent a room in an apartment complex, share all common areas with other guests and have to climb lots of stairs to get to your room and to the kitchen. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious enough for two people to share. It’s a comfortable place and I’d be more than happy to stay here again. However, I feel like it’s important to inform people of what they’re getting.

3 Story Rental

Great location. Needs an iron and had sink issues in our bathroom but the owner communicated with us. Parking can be an issue since you have to park off the street, whatever’s available. Lots of steps depending on which room you get. AC was another minor issue but easy to fix. Room was cozy and clean. Space is just enough for 2 in the space we chose which was a double bed. Would recommend but not sure if I’d stay again.

Beautiful Guesthouse in Houston

The guesthouse was beautiful and conviently located. When I got there it was extremly hot but after the thermostat was adjusted it was very comfortable. Not a big deal, but there was no TV remote in my room and the TV in the common area didn't work (or at least the remote didn't). Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
