Early Check-in and Late Check-out Fees: A $50 fee applies to approved early check-ins and/or late check-outs, due to the additional demand placed on our cleaning staff.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are ONLY allowed OUTSIDE on patio(s) and/or back yard deck, but NOT indoors NOR inside of the garage at any time and NOT within 10 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air intake vents. Violation of this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit (if applicable) and an additional $500 fee for `de-smoking` the home.

Cameras: Please be aware that the Ring doorbell/camera(s) are located at the front gate, front door, inside the garage, and backyard areas. These camera devices actively record audio and video and are placed only on the exterior of the property.

UH graduation

The location and space was perfect for our family. We were just around the corner from my sons apartment which allowed for a flexible schedule. The garage was nice knowing our car was safely put away at night and out of the rain. We never could figure out the coffee maker but the kitchen and living area was very spacious. Will definitely look this listing up again if my son still lives in the area.
