There was paint or stains everywhere. The hot tub and bar were closed. There weren’t blankets on the beds. We had to ask for blankets. We booked the room for 4 people and only got 2 towels. The staff was rude. We were called at 6:30pm to tell us to be quiet but we weren’t being loud.

While waiting in the lobby music with vulgar lyrics was playing. This is not good especially with the amount of families present LaQuinta should make sure to have an appropriate and approved playlist The shower head wasn’t working right. I reported it but nothing was done The upstairs in the hallway and room looked like it needed a remodel.

The rooms were not in good condition bc they had stuff on the floors and both rooms. It also had a odor in them. Our stay in this hotel is usually the best but we were disappointed at the stay and the guy at the desk couldn't problem solve and help us we our issues with the room.
